February 4, 2015 marked the 64th Foundation Celebration of Notre Dame of Tacurong College for the excellence to which it has been committed and for the development of her academic and local community. What could have been a more grandeur way to begin the celebration than to express utmost gratitude to the Almighty Father through the celebration of the Holy Eucharist recognizing all the blessings and the success the institution had and has been through. After the Institutional Holy Eucharistic Celebration, the colorful human formation of ‘WE LOVE NDTC’ in the field followed. This event is remarkably done first time ever in the history of the school facilitated by Rev. Fr. Arnold L. Fuentes-Executive Assistant to the President and Treasurer of the school. It was participated by student and teacher representatives from all the departments.
College students manifested their generosity , kindness and Christ-Centered characteristic by sponsoring selected parents to have their children receive the sacrament of Baptism through the Alay Binyag program facilitated by the Campus Ministry Office. The motorcade came next which was participated by several representatives from different college club organizations, high school and elementary students and NDTC personnel as well. In the afternoon, the administrators, academic and non-academic personnel had an early dinner in the conference hall.
Finally, the showdown of talents and skills of selected NDTC personnel and students amused and awed the audience during the Variety Show. Indeed, the day was filled with enjoyment, delight, fellowship and festivity.
Kudos to our beloved Notre Dame!
