The Notre Dame of Tacurong College launched its Month long Nutrition Month celebration last July 12, 2010 at NDTC-GS ground with the theme “Sa pagkaing Tama at Sapat Wastong Timbang ni Baby ang Katapat”. Activities include are trivia contest, parlor games and clean-up drive dubbed as “Harap ko Linis Ko”. The launching was spearheaded by the Science Club Officers and members with their moderator Mrs. Roselyn B. Refuerzo.

Aside from the main purpose of launching the Nutrition month celebration, the activity also aimed to foster sportsmanship and camaraderie through the different games, create a clean environment through the collaborative effort of the pupils and promote health consciousness for everyone. “It was indeed a successful activity participated by all pupils in the department. We felt the interest and commitment of the pupils to make the school surroundings clean”, said Mrs. Refuerzo.

Line of activities were prepared for the said month long celebration namely: Symposium activity on July 23, Cooking contest, Fruits and Vegetable display, Nutrition Jingle, Poster  and slogan making contest and Quiz Bowl which will be done during the culmination day on July 30, 2010.
