ADMISSION POLICIES

The Notre Dame of Tacurong College opens its doors to whoever wants to seek Christian education and is willing to undergo training geared towards total development of himself. Once admitted, the student will become part of an educational program that will give him training within the context of the Vision-Mission of the College and as sanctioned by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

Admission to the College is a privilege, hence, the school reserves the right at any time to admit/readmit/refuse any enrollee based on the following general guidelines:

  1. One who wishes to be admitted to the college must be a graduate of a secondary level program recognized by the government or a transferee from another college.
  2. One can be refused admission /readmission on any of the following grounds:
    • Transferees who failed to pass the screening and other requirements of the admission officer.
    • A student of NDTC who was given an administrative sanction such as expulsion.
    • A student of NDTC who is found to be mentally incapable of going to school as duly certified by proper medical authorities.

Freshmen

  • Original Copy of Honorable Dismissal / Transfer Credentials
  • Original Copy of PSA Birth Certificate
  • Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
  • Original Copy of PSA Marriage Certificate (for Female married students)
  • 1 pc of 2 x 2 colored I.D. pictures with white background and fullname
  • 1 pc long size brown Kraft envelope
  • Orginal and photocopy of Marriage Certificate for married women

Transferees

  • Original Copy of Honorable Dismissal / Transfer Credentials
  • Original Copy of PSA Birth Certificate
  • Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
  • Original Copy of PSA Marriage Certificate (for Female married students)
  • 1 pc of 2 x 2 colored I.D. pictures with white background and fullname
  • 1 pc long size brown Kraft envelope
  • Orginal and photocopy of Marriage Certificate for married women

Old Students / Returning Students

  • School I.D. for validation
  • Copy of the Student Handbook
